Achievements
Since its inception,
BPNI Maharashtra has been very successful in
promoting, protecting, and supporting breastfeeding.
Some of our achievements are mentioned below.
BPNI had successfully
organized eight Human lactation Management Workshops
(funded by Unicef;), one in Deolali, three in
Mumbai, one each in Amravati, Baramati, Gondia,
and Bhuj in Gujarat. The ones in districts of
Maharashtra were organized in association with
local organizations.
